Couples Workshop:
How to talk to your partner about Sex and Sexuality
Join Denver Couples Center for a experiential workshop that will include psycho-education around sex and sexuality for couples, normalizing all differences around sex drive, desires, kinks, and communication around intimacy, sex and sexuality.
Participants will be invited to reflect on their unique sexuality, will be given ideas and prompts on how to share what they've learned with their partners, and will be given explicit example questions and statements for communicating their needs and understanding their partners needs in a setting of intimacy and sexuality. We will explore the wheel of consent, play a game around giving and receiving non-sexual needs and touch, and will help people practice how to ask for what they want and/or need in their relationships.
