Fees & Policies at DCC
-
FEES AND PAYMENT POLICIES:
At Denver Couples Center, we strive to provide transparent information about our fees and insurance options to support you in making informed decisions about your therapeutic journey.
-
DENVER COUPLES CENTER FEES:
Our current rates for therapy sessions are designed to reflect the expertise and quality of care provided: Individual, Couples, or Family Session (50 minutes): $180.00
During the initial phone consultation, rates will be discussed before scheduling an in-person session, ensuring clarity and agreement on the fee structure. Payment options include cash, checks, and credit cards, with the flexibility of arranging monthly payments.
-
INSURANCE ACCEPTANCE:
We are currently out-of-network with all insurance companies. We provide a "superbill" for potential out-of-network mental health benefits. Clients are responsible for confirming benefits in advance and making session payments at the time of service. While some plans offer no out-of-network benefits, we assist clients in navigating insurance complexities.
-
WHY THERAPY COSTS:
Therapy at Denver Couples Center is an investment in your well-being. Our masters-level clinicians undergo extensive training, actively engaging in sessions, developing action plans, and working behind the scenes to enhance your experience. We limit our caseload to ensure quality care, focusing not only on the therapy hour but also leveraging years of training and expertise.
-
SLIDING SCALE AND ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We reserve a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on demonstrated need. If your household income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, you may be eligible. We also accept payments through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), providing convenient options for financial planning.
-
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Denver Couples Center has a 48 hour cancellation policy, and the fee to cancel is the full fee of the session if cancelled anytime after 48 hours before the session. Clinicians may be able to reschedule the session with enough notice.
